Rafael Raffaelli, Esq.
Mr. Raffaelli is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and the
University of Cambridge and is admitted to practice law in
the State of New York, 1st Department, in the U.S. Court of
Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts
for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is
in private practice concentrating in Federal Litigation, Real
Estate law and transactional matters, and management of real
property. He is also a arbitrator in civil court proceedings
in New York City. Mr. Raffaelli is also an instructor in the
innovative "Proyecto Accesso" program in the McGill
Center at the California Western School of Law in San Diego,
California, where he frequently teaches programs designed
to train foreign lawyers in judicial reform, the Rule of Law
and Common Law trial techniques in developing nations in Latin
America.
