The truth is, if you are not having your hair transplant surgery performed in a dedicated hair transplant facility, with a well credentialed physician and an accountable in-house staff, it is likely that you not only will end up with less than optimal results, it’s very possible that you are not receiving what you are paying for. Anonymous Tech: I have seen this industry change so much, especially over the last few years. It's a change for the worse. At this point there are physicians that I've worked with that I don't go to their offices anymore, which is unfortunate for me because that was a source of income and it's nice when I have regular physicians who I can work with, I can count on going there five times a month or 10 times a month, whatever it may be, and have some consistency in my schedule. I've had to cut them off. I've had to say I can't go back. I can't be a part of what you're doing anymore because it's just not safe for patients. 

Spencer Kobren: Well, how about this? I think this is important for patients and for physicians getting involved in the procedure, considering getting involved. Can you give me some specifics of what you're seeing that's really disturbing you?

Anonymous Tech: Yeah. Well, not even necessarily in the transplant itself, but if you are a patient, know what you're being sold. Either you're being sold a certain number of graphs or a small range of graphs and you're paying for whatever it may be 1,800 to 2,000 graphs. If you know that's what you're paying for, check and see what you're getting. I mean ask your physician or ask your team at the end of the day how many graphs they did, or if it's a case where you're paying for we're getting as many graphs as we can get, ask what they've got. Find out what's going on. Take a vested interested in what has been done to you over the course of the eight to 12 hours you spent in surgery. Because I have-

Spencer Kobren: Now, would you say that based on ... Yeah. Go ahead. I'm sorry. Finish your thought.

Anonymous Tech: Oh, no. I mean, I am working in offices who are telling patients, and I know that they're telling patients the specific graph count that we're going to do 3,000 graphs today. That's what we're doing. I know that's what patients think they're paying for. They're paying for 3,000 graphs. Then we get into surgery and we can't get 3,000 graphs and then we're told not to discuss it and that it will be handled, but I know patients have no idea that they're not getting 3,000 graphs, that they're getting 2,400 because that's all that can be safely harvested that day.
